Condition ReportLetter to Frank Fulkerson: As viewed through glass, paper appears slightly yellowed. Two vertical creases top to bottom and one horizontal crease in the center. One 1 1/2” tear at each end of the horizontal crease. One 1” diagonal tear lower right quadrant and a 1” tear along each vertical crease at the bottom.

envelope: As viewed through glass, paper appears yellowed. Tape residue across upper and lower edges. Right side of the envelope is torn. One 2 1/2” diagonal tear, lower right corner, and one 1” vertical tear lower left quadrant.
